Get spooky at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival

For the third year in a row, you can really get into the Halloween spirit via the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival. This premier horror film fest will host screenings throughout the borough from October 11th through October 18th. With films such as My Bloody Valentine and Wolfman’s Got Nards, there’s a scary flick for every horror fan.

This year, the BHFF is partnering with Nitehawk Cinema located in Williamsburg, a short train ride from our East Village Apartments and Gramercy Townhouse By Sudha. Nitehawk will act as the primary screening venue. BHFF will showcase the new independent films, throw parties, host events, and so much more.

Spotlight screenings will cost you $18 dollars while general screenings are just $16. You can purchase tickets at Goelevent.com. You can also get more information at Brooklynhorrorfest.com

“A great apartment to help you explore a great city”

We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment and couldn’t fault anything.

The whole apartment provided us with everything we needed. Once we arrived we realised that this was a reliable leasing agent who kept in touch all the way through and removed any worries we may have had. Little extras that had been provided really made the trip and we didn’t want for anything.

Very comfy beds and nice linen. Everything in the apartment worked, from the TV’s, the free wifi and kitchen appliances to the extra cable channels that kept the kids amused. The location is excellent and all the main areas of interest are really accessible. The private garden was a real surprise and a bonus space to what was already a large apartment. These things make being away from home very easy. All in all a place I will visit again when in NYC!!
