Beautiful Terrace Apartment in New York

Everything fine then. I still think back with pleasure to the week in your apartment in New York. How enchanting it was on the terrace in the morning – so many sparrows in the bamboo, singing me a morning song. And there was a squirrel too asking for something. So I went over to the Deli next door and asked for old bread. They had some. The last morning it took a piece of bread from my hand. All the best

Best AirBnB Stay New York

This was the best AirBnB stay I have ever had!!!! The hosts were responsive, caring, and lovely to work with. Our TV had an issue and it was immediately fixed by the nicest super in the world, all our requests and questions were answered immediately. The place is beautiful, it so exceeded my expectations of the photos, it is a light-filled spacious apartment. I stayed there for almost a month for work and everything was perfect. Shopping in the neighborhood is accessible, it is close to subways, there are great restaurants, etc. It is perfect for a group of 5-6 (couples included). The amenities are exceptional, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and have small intimate dinners, the bathroom has a large tub and both bathrooms have steam accessibility. They provide you with umbrellas, iron and ironing board, a shopping cart to go get food, it has a laundry and dryer (for my long stay that was key!) I really can’t say enough about how great the place is- some of the days in February were 60 degrees so I was able to use the terrace as well and I definitely want to come back in the spring/ summer sometime. I loved the layout of the place, the bedrooms are on one floor so those who are late sleepers have quiet, and the kitchen living area, the terrace is on the top floor. The heat was great in February and I am always cold. The wifi is high speed which for my work is essential. The beds are great to sleep in, it is quiet and sometimes in the morning, you hear birds chirping in the garden so you feel like you are not even in the city. It is the east village so it has the flavor of old New York, there are some characters on the street but I always felt safe and completely alright. It is a two-floor walk-up, and I am 58 and had no problem at all, my husband who needs a knee replacement and has knee pain was also was fine. In terms of two-floor walk-ups too it is not steep or super long staircases like some buildings in NYC I have been in. Clean clean clean too! There is a woman who comes to clean weekly and she is amazing and so kind- we loved her. This is a beautiful Airbnb, I am scared to say too much for fear of it getting overbooked but I like the people who run it so much I want to say it as it is. FANTASTIC AirBnB!!!!”
